Second exercises focus on the use of our Two-Palm Block. Instead of stepping back to block an oncoming attack, we use our two-palm block as an attack itself. We step forward into the attacker, and simultaneously blocking and attacking.

My Sifu Cheung Shu Pui, developed three sets of exercises, first set, before Gung Ji Kuen, the second set, before Boc Fu Kuen, and the third set, before Fu Hok. The exercises are done full speed, full power, 10 repetitions each.
These exercises have numerous benefits. Such as, Fighting techniques, a Good Aerobic exercise, and, practicing transitions of your stances.
The first set of exercises have already been posted, from a Secret location.
The second set of exercises are ready to be posted, from another Secret location!
