Men have been convinced that caring about how you look is somehow shallow.
F**k that.
There’s nothing shallow about wanting to look in the mirror and respect the man looking back at you.
There’s nothing vain about walking onto a beach, jumping into a pool, or taking your shirt off without immediately wondering who’s looking at you.
Because when your shirt becomes a security blanket, it’s rarely just about the shirt.
You know when you’re using clothes to hide a problem you refuse to fix.
And you know when you’re hiding behind them instead of fixing what’s underneath.
You don’t need to be shredded.
You don’t need to look 25 again.
But you should be able to look at your body and know that it reflects the standards you have for yourself.
Not perfection.
Pride.
And there’s a big fu***ng difference.
Now there’s your “Monday Motivation”
Go to the gym and stop eating like a child.
