What a journey thru 2025. Breast cancer. I’m so grateful I went in fit, fought to stay fit while still embracing healing, and always believed I was 💯 held, and that alone kept fear away.
I’m always happy to share details or help you in your journey (even if it’s just chatting:) ~ no charge lol
I was able to work out almost daily although the exercises and intensity had to vary. I learned so much more about when to push and when to pull!
And returned to tennis! After the double mastectomy and 17 rounds of the red devil (brutal) chemo. I started radiation and tennis at the same time! I told my oncologist I couldn’t do radiation; I needed to play tennis for a bit (sanity and all.) He assured me I could play tennis during radiation. I truly believe I only could because he said that and I owned and believed that:)
And! I had some amazing supplementation from my naturopath. And some hyperbaric chamber to heal the burn from radiation.
There were hard days that I was so dizzy or breathless, but I was playing tennis.
Excuse the long post but I don’t want to forget the journey. And I’d really love to help others thru their journeys, however that may look.
