This is such an amazing accomplishment that I am truly excited to share, Ryan and Stephen Anson have lost just shy of 60 pounds between the two of them, over 10% bodyfat, been true to their nutrition, cardio and lifestyle as a team and overall just been a pleasure to see how much of a payoff comes through hard work and effort.

Off to Hawaii tomorrow and I couldn't be more proud of them, can't wait to see you back in the studio!
