Kooz is a former Canton High School catcher who went on to play two years at Spoon River College. He’s a great instructor, excellent with kids, and does a fantastic job teaching the skills and confidence needed to succeed behind the plate.

🕔 Camp Times (Tuesdays):
• Youth (ages 8–12): 5:00–6:00 PM
• Junior High & High School: 6:00–7:00 PM

Bring your team and get ready to swing for the fences in our Reindeer Rake-Off HitTrax Tournament at Comebacker Academy – Canton! ❄️

It’s a high-energy, holiday-themed HitTrax showdown featuring lights, music, and Christmas cheer! 🎶🎁
Form your squad of 3–4 players and compete for championship rings and bragging rights to close out the year strong! 💪

📜 Rules & Format
👥 Teams: 3–4 players
💰 Entry Fee: $75 per team
🕒 Game Length: 18 minutes or 6-inning max
🏟️ Format: Pool play → single-elimination bracket

⚙️ Gameplay
• All games are machine-fed by Comebacker Academy staff
• Standard HitTrax scoring system used
• If a pitch or hit isn’t detected, it’ll be replayed
• 1-1 count to start every at-bat

🎯 Age Groups: 10U – 13U divisions
🎅 Pitching speeds adjusted by age group

🎄 Mercy Rules:
15 after 3 | 12 after 4 | 10 after 5

🎃👻 Haunted Hacks HitTrax Update – Thanks for Hanging In There! 👻🎃

Hey Comebacker Fam! First off, we want to apologize for the ghoulish way ticketing rolled out for our Haunted Hacks HitTrax event. We ran into some tech gremlins that we thought were exorcised before launch—but they crept back in! 😱
The good news? We think we’ve finally banished them for good and everything should be working now. 🧹💻
We’re still conjuring up the full schedule, but here’s what we expect so far:
⚾ Baseball is likely to begin on Saturday, October 25th at 8:30 AM
🥎 Softball is tentatively set to start on Sunday, October 26th at 12:30 PM
👻 Please note: these are potential start times. As we work through the schedule, we may stagger start times by division. For example, the 12U division may begin later in the day. We’ll post the finalized schedule as soon as it’s ready—promise!
Also, due to time constraints (and maybe a few mischievous spirits), we’ll only be running two age divisions for both baseball and softball. We originally planned for a 13U division, but it won’t make it into this spooky showdown.
This is one of our first-ever HitTrax events, and like any good haunted house, there may be a few creaky floorboards and surprise jumps. But we’re doing everything we can to make it a smooth and fun experience for everyone.
