1ST RESPONDERS BREAKFAST AT THE SHADOWS 🇺🇸

On Saturday, September 5th at 7:30 AM, F3 Southside is bringing the community together for a simple purpose:

To honor. To thank. To build community.

We’re hosting breakfast for the men and women who show up for our communities every day — Law Enforcement 🚔 Firefighters 🚒 EMS 🚑 and First Responders.

It’s an opportunity to shake a hand, share some breakfast, say THANK YOU, and spend time with the people who serve and protect our community.

F3 is about more than fitness. It’s about Fitness. Fellowship. Faith. It’s about leadership, service and strengthening the communities where we live.

Sugar Land CFAA along with
F3 Sugar Land - Free Men’s Fitness PAX Darren P. Etlinger & Kyle Perez delivered breakfast supplies and artesanal, garlic & rosemary infused wheat bread to the Station 7 Firehouse Sugar Land Fire Department in New Territory, Friday morning--in honor of this being EMS Week. The firefighters were preparing breakfast at the time so the timing couldn't have been better!

The Fort Bend legacy is alive and well.

​This weekend, Crystal Lake celebrated its 2nd Anniversary with 77 men in the circle. Seeing this kind of turnout is a testament to why we starfished into three regions. We didn’t split to get smaller, we split to give more men a place to lead.

​It was a 90-minute smoker that brought Pax together from across Richmond, South Side, and Sugar Land. Whether you were rucking the field or getting soaked at the PT station, the standard was clear.

​Congratulations to Nova on an incredible run as Site Q, and to Timex as he takes the lead.

The Tri-Region is stronger than ever.
