Thank you for helping us celebrate and congratulate our players who were recognized for post season honors. All were well earned and deserved. The best part about it, all of those players would recognize that every award is a reflection of the team. I’m so proud of your soccer achievements, but I’m most proud of the teammates that you are.
The last, but certainly not least, recognition that should be made is to the assistant coaches. Mike and Tim add so much to the program. Mike brings his competitive edge and Tim brings his calm and soccer expertise. Both do so much that isn’t noticed….film, taking care of gear, inflating game balls time and time again, strategy, player check ins, water gun filling, etc. Both have stepped in for me at times, taken phone calls in the middle of the day, listened to me as I verbally processed so many different things, and so much more.
Thank you both for giving your time, talents, and energy to help build this program. You both have been instrumental to the system and your contributions should not be overlooked. Please help me give them a shout out!
