Even better—this challenge is for charity, which means every step we take is helping raise money for a great cause! Every walk, extra lap, set of stairs and “I’m just going to pace until I hit my goal” moment is making a difference.

This week, invite someone to join the fun! Grab a fellow gym member for a walk after class, bring a friend or family member along, or start a friendly step competition with someone who could use a little extra motivation.

The best part of our GymFam is that we never have to take on a challenge alone. Moving is more fun, and staying consistent is easier, when we have good people alongside us.

WOW! What an incredible way to kick off our October Step Challenge and show what can happen when our whole Crew gets moving for a great cause!

Remember, for every 25,00 steps taken, Blue's will donate a $1 - up to $500 this month to Living Beyond - a resource and support group for those who have battled, beaten, and living beyond Breast Cancer.

This week’s theme is Small Steps, Big Impact!

You don’t need one massive day to make a difference. A quick walk, parking farther away, taking the stairs, pacing during a phone call or adding a few extra laps around the gym all count. Those small choices add up—and our 9 million steps are proof!

THE BLUE’S OCTOBER STEP CHALLENGE IS OFFICIALLY ON! 👟💗

For the entire month of October, the Blue’s Crew is stepping up for Breast Cancer Awareness Month—and we’re ready to see just how far we can go together!

Every step counts:

💗 Walking the dog
💗 Taking the stairs
💗 Parking farther away
💗 Getting outside with the family
💗 Pacing around while you’re on the phone
💗 And, of course, every extra step we sneak into your workouts at Blue’s!

You don’t need to crush a huge number on Day 1. The real challenge is to move a little more, stay consistent and keep stacking those steps throughout the month.

Charge your watch, keep your phone close and make sure your tracker is working—because the challenge starts NOW!

Today, the Blue’s Gym family pauses to remember September 11th.

We honor the lives lost, the families who still carry that pain, and the brave first responders, service members, and everyday heroes who showed what courage, sacrifice, and community truly look like.

At Blue’s, we talk a lot about strength — but today is a reminder that strength is so much more than what happens inside the gym. It’s showing up for each other, standing together, and never forgetting the people and moments that shaped us.

Spartan Race Training is coming back to Blue’s!

Whether you’re running the Stadium Race with the Blue’s Crew or you just want another chance to sweat it out with us, this class is for you!

We’ll be building the grit, strength, endurance, and confidence you’ll need on race day — while also practicing a few obstacle-specific skills that regular class doesn’t always give us the chance to work on.

Because the right technique might just save you from that dreaded 15-burpee penalty😅

Sunday, July 19th at 10am
Sunday, August 2nd at 10am
Sunday, August 16th at 10am

Expect:
💪 Race-specific conditioning
🔥 Grip, carry, climb, and obstacle prep
