Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Because of them, we get to gather with our gym crew, push our bodies, laugh together, and enjoy moments like these. Freedom is never free, and today we’re especially grateful for those who gave everything for it.

To the moms who wake up early, stay up late, juggle a million responsibilities, and still choose to show up for themselves—we see you.

Thank you for not just finding time, but making time to prioritize your health, strength, and well-being even when life is pulling you in every direction.

That is not selfish.
That is leadership.

When you take care of yourself, you show up with more energy, patience, confidence, and strength for the people who rely on you most.

Thank you for setting such a powerful example for your kids, your families, and this community by showing what it looks like to take care of yourself while still showing up for everyone else.

We are so proud to coach such strong, hardworking, inspiring women.

We kicked things off with a 1200m team row buy-in—setting the tone early and getting everyone locked in from the start.

From there it was all about grit, effort, and pushing for your crew. Relay style work hits different… you go hard, recover, then get right back in it.

That’s the kind of energy that makes these workouts so fun—and so effective.
