This week the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that PA game wardens cannot enter private property without warrant or permission from the property owner / owners. Yes that includes Hunting clubs also or any other land owning clubs. Private property is private and owners get to chose who is allowed to enter. A bit of fresh air in my opinion in a country where common sense seems to be lacking.
