It’s been a whole year! This week marks one year since my Achilles tendon repair ( among the other corrections that were made at the same time!) . Recovery is the worst, especially that non weight bearing and no driving part. The slow crawl through months of PT was also less than pleasant. I may not be ready to join the NBA, but I am soooooo much better than I was leading up to the repair!
Injury, surgery, recovery, and all that goes with it kind of destroyed my work schedule. I had to step away from classes and severely reduced my private client schedule. Things have been in flux for a while.
However, if we’ve been on an indefinite hiatus and you are looking to switch up your routine HIT ME UP!!! I’ve got some space in the schedule, options for spaces to work out, and can likely be convinced to come out of group class/session “retirement “ …. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU NEED! (No need to post publicly. Call, text, hit up my DM… )
Keep moving. With or without me. The exercise that YOU DO CONSISTENTLY is the best one. Whatever that looks like!
