It’s been a whole year! This week marks one year since my Achilles tendon repair ( among the other corrections that were made at the same time!) . Recovery is the worst, especially that non weight bearing and no driving part. The slow crawl through months of PT was also less than pleasant. I may not be ready to join the NBA, but I am soooooo much better than I was leading up to the repair!

Injury, surgery, recovery, and all that goes with it kind of destroyed my work schedule. I had to step away from classes and severely reduced my private client schedule. Things have been in flux for a while.

However, if we’ve been on an indefinite hiatus and you are looking to switch up your routine HIT ME UP!!! I’ve got some space in the schedule, options for spaces to work out, and can likely be convinced to come out of group class/session “retirement “ …. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU NEED! (No need to post publicly. Call, text, hit up my DM… )

Keep moving. With or without me. The exercise that YOU DO CONSISTENTLY is the best one. Whatever that looks like!

Friends!
I’ve been THE WORST about sharing on this page, but am using this crazy snow day to catch up on a million things that can be done from the house, like posting here!

I’m still working out scheduling after my surgical hiatus and recovery. I never did return to exactly the work routine i had. I am so happy to be seeing some of you in person, or to be hearing about your wellness adventures/ new habits!

So the real question is this… if group sessions were to return to my schedule, what days and times should they show up????

Happy new year, all!

2024 has been a year of challenges, victories, setbacks, achievement, growth… everything! Life is a tangle of ups and downs! We’ve made our way through the year and are lucky enough to get to tackle another one.

Thanks again for letting me join you for your workouts all year long. I love seeing you all.

I’m wishing everyone joy and great health in 2025. Remember, we don’t need a whole new you for a new year, the world needs your awesomeness as you are right now . Your awesomeness isn’t measured by your outward appearance, so ignore the new year’s marketing, ok? I’m looking forward to continued movement and exercise to keep us all healthy and on track with our needs and goals. You’re the BEST!
