I need to give a shoutout to Lowrance Electronics. I had an issue with my HDS 12. I called customer support and they sent me a repair order and told me to ship my unit to them. The result was my unit,being that it was 5 years old was out of warranty but they gave me the option to upgrade to an HDS 12 Pro for less than half the retail cost. All this was done in 10 days. Very good service on a very good product. Bob
