The NWGHSAA banquet was held Monday evening in Dalton, Ga. Three of our teams were recognized for finishing in the top 5 of The Classic, winning cash prizes.

Our seniors were awarded their cords for graduation and senior Jake Harris was awarded the Tommy Cansler Memorial Scholarship.

Congratulations to all of our anglers on a great season!

How ‘bout them Dade County Boys!

💪Our DC Anglers showed out today on Nickajack Lake taking 3 of the top 5 places! This was the last tournament of the season and they went out with a bang!

🎣Team Jake Harris / Huck McBryar took 1st place with 16.42 lbs.
🎣Team Carter Ryan / Colton Chase secured 4th place with 14.46 lbs.
🎣Team Colden Lusk / Trey Henley rounded out 5th place with 14.35 lbs.

Tough conditions didn’t stop two teams from hitting the scales:

Tournament #3: Neely Henry Lake

The weather was great for fishing! We had 2 teams participating in the tournament at Neely Henry (the others had a golf tournament). Jake Harris weighed in 5 fish for 10.57 lbs taking 9th place. Team Colden Lusk and Trey Henley weighed in 5 fish for 7.51 lbs taking 15th place. Congratulations to our anglers for a successful day on the water!
