Rooftop Shooting Range is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a high-energy, driven individual with an outstanding attitude and work ethic—someone ready to grow with us.
We hire for character first. Fi****ms, range, sales, and maintenance skills can be taught. What’s harder to teach is someone who takes ownership, works hard without constant supervision, recognizes what needs to be done, and takes pride in doing the job right.
You must also be highly coachable. We believe in direct, candid feedback. The right person listens, applies it, returns stronger, and stays committed to improving.
This is a full-time development opportunity—not just another range job. You’ll begin in Range Maintenance and earn greater responsibility through your performance. Strong performers can advance into Range Safety Officer duties, followed by development in customer service, sales, leadership, and future team-lead opportunities as Rooftop continues to expand.
