We’re going to have to cancel Monday and Wednesday practice from 6:30-8:00. The practice 5-6:30 will continue on as normal!

Unfortunately, my job has now enforced mandatory overtime for the foreseeable future. What was originally going to be a choice between coming in early or staying late is no longer optional, and I’m now being required to come in early. Since I work third shift, my schedule now conflicts with the end of practice.

We do have another great practice option available with our Advanced practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-7:00. That practice is coached by Patrick Simms (309-202-8906). I’ll give him a list of names, so if you choose to attend those days, just show up and he’ll be expecting you.

If you would still like to attend the Monday and Wednesday 5:00-6:30 practices, you are still more than welcome to.

Just a reminder that May session payments will be due at practice on Monday. For new members trying out practices, payment will be due after your first week if you decide to continue with the program. We accept cash, check, or card.

Also, due to a scheduling change for Kannon Webster, he will be coaching technique on Wednesdays moving forward.

We appreciate all the support and are looking forward to another great month of training!

We’re thrilled to announce that Kannon Webster, University of Illinois standout and 2026 NCAA All-American, will be joining our offseason program as a special technique coach! On Mondays starting in May, Kannon will lead technique sessions for both our Grade School (Ages 7-12) and High School (Ages 13-17) groups, bringing elite instruction straight to the mat in Tremont.
