✨Maniac Medal Monday!!🏅

Leo took 1st in AG and 20th out of 238 in the Jamestown Olympic Tri and
Jen did the sprint, completing her first OWS sprint tri in some very choppy water!

Josh C took 2nd OA at the Rothrock 25 mile Gravel Grinder 🚴‍♂️

Kristin M. had an amazing race on the hard course at God’s country half marathon. She made it up the climb and was able to rally for the rest of the run earning top spots in her age group.

Ed raced at Ironman 70.3 Western Massachusetts where he says the course was definitely challenging, but very enjoyable and well managed. Overall had a great day on course with a lot of enjoyment and fun people!

AJ took 1st in his AG, 13 OA at the SoJo Summerfest 5k 🏃🏻‍♂️

John S. won the “Bad M**o Challenge” at the Team Foster 24-hour Rough Ride Spin Bike event to raise money to provide service dogs for injured and disabled Veterans. The challenge was held at 3:00 AM and was an all-out 30 minute sprint on the bike against the top competitors from each of the 25 teams taking part in the ride. Wow way to go John!

The numbers are in, and we’re so grateful! 💛💚

This year, 364 athletes from 12 different states came to Lewisburg for race weekend, generating an estimated nearly $50,000 in local lodging and restaurant spending alone.

Thank you for supporting local businesses, filling our restaurants, staying in our hotels, and bringing so much energy to our community. Events like this are about more than racing they’re about creating a positive impact where we live.

🌟 June Athletes of the Month: The Rise Up Sparks Class of 2026! 🌟

When we launched the Sparks 6-week training program for the Lewisburg Triathlon, our goal was simple: help young athletes discover triathlon in a fun, supportive environment and successfully reach the start line.

Over six weeks, Quincy, Georgia, Braelyn, Maddy, Ryan, and Eliana learned new skills, built confidence, encouraged one another through challenges, and became triathletes. While many started as strong swimmers, they worked hard to develop their cycling and running abilities, showing tremendous courage, determination, and growth along the way.

What made this group so special wasn’t just their race-day success (although they all successfully finished!). It was the community that formed around them. Parents joined group rides and runs, families raced together, confidence grew, friendships were built, and every athlete discovered they were capable of more than they thought possible.

From podium finishes and family relays to first rides, stronger runs, and breakthrough moments of confidence, each athlete brought something unique to the program. Together, they embodied exactly what Sparks was created to do: ignite a lifelong love of endurance sports and show young athletes what they can achieve when they believe in themselves.

We couldn’t be prouder of this incredible group and are excited to see where their journeys take them next. 💛

Kenny finished the worlds end 100k a little over his goal time but 32nd OA!

John & Jennie Cranked out 63 miles at the CVIM Metric Century Ride, then ran 8 miles off the bike

Lewisburg Triathlon - Rise Up Racing had 50 athletes race here is a summary of the results:

OA - Josh H won OA male, Ryan came in a close 2nd OA.
