🥇Medal Monday🥇

🏃🏻‍♂️Travis had a PR day at the Marine Corps Marathon

✨Robin got her redemption from Maryland and had a great race at jones beach 70.3. She finished first in her age group and 4th overall female. She had the second fastest female bike split of the day!

🚴‍♂️Andy, BJ, and Alison conquered the metric gravel ride Higher Ground. A grueling last 20 miles and a tough course but they came out smiling on the other end

THE WAITLIST IS OPEN FOR RISE UP RACING’S 5TH ANNUAL TRAINING CAMP!

📍 Geneva, NY | July 15–18, 2027

4 days of training, learning, community, and making memories with your Rise Up Racing crew? YES, PLEASE! 🙌❤️

We’re heading to the beautiful Hobart and William Smith Colleges campus for our 5th Annual Training Camp, and registration will open to waitlisted athletes first on January 2nd at 6 AM!

Here’s what you need to know:
🏊 Open water swim clinics and group swims
🚴 Long ride options for different athletes and goals
🏃 Brick workouts and longer runs
🎓 Daily educational sessions
🍽️ Lunches, dinners, and fully stocked aid stations
🎁 Camp swag, team time, and plenty of opportunities to connect
🏡 Your choice of shared or private dorm accommodations

⚠️ Space is VERY limited! Waitlisted athletes get first access on January 2nd at 6 AM. If spots remain, registration will open to the public on January 3rd.

Our team hosted our annual fall foliage ride this past weekend. The colors didn’t disappoint 🍁🍂🎃

It was cold and a little wet but a fun to see some of the team and gather for nice group ride followed by a yummy lunch.

Medal Monday🥇

Youth Team Members Georgia, Embry, and Ben competed at the Shikellamy XC Classic and had strong races! Georgia PRd in the 5k and Ben got a course PR and helped Danville clench the team title!

Amy S had a strong half marathon in York placing 3rd in her AG finishing in a time of 1:51:36!

Bailey and John P. finished the Wicked Windstone 50k & 100 Miler - Bailey had a 29 minute 50k PR finishing 2nd OA female and John battled through with foot pain finishing at a 50k on the day.

Marissa after many years and many attempts finally hit her goal of breaking 3 hours in the marathon this weekend at the Toronto Marathon. Hitting a 2:55! We are beyond proud of her and her commitment to her goal.

Meghan was the second OA female and came in a blazing hot 21 minute 5k!

Jeff randomly signed up for a 6 hour race and came in 2nd OA male - woo hoo!

Roy and Hillary both faced intense weather conditions at Ironman North Carolina. But both managed PRs. Hillary had her fastest 70.3 and Roy had his fastest run split in a 70.3!

Tom got a PR, despite the hilly course at the Bethlehem Half Marathon!

Chris M. race, the Night Owl 5k, was changed to virtual but he completed it and still had a great time!

Medal Monday coming at you!🥇

BJ and Alison completed the Jackson Honor Half Marathon. Alison coming in right at her goal time!

Claire finished the Melbourne Marathon and had such a strong and good day, she was very happy to finish.

The Youth Team rocked their cross country meet!

Future team member Kate did her first 5k and she did 33min as she trains for Lewisburg triathlon alongside her sister Sarah

Cassie had a strong 5k finishing 3rd in her AG!

Kara had a strong race at the Big Apple Tri snagging a sub 3 hour in the Olympic distance, 4th in her age group, and a 10k PR!

Congratulations to all those who raced over the weekend! 👏🎉
