One time a week classes are just not enough to reach your fitness goals!
Twice a week classes are now on the schedule for my classes at Northwestern Michigan College. Take a class or two everyday of the week. Classes include Zenga, Weight Strengthening, Total Barre and Gentle Pilates. Cross training is ideal for a balanced body!
