What a great weekend to be a Fanatic!
The girls went 4-1 on the weekend, losing in the championship game to a very good Mid Michigan Heat team 14-9. Claiming a 2nd place medal. The girls played their hearts out this weekend. Lots of big hits and some great plays. Way to go Ladies!

The girls had a great day today! 9am practice as usual, and then they got to meet Haylie Wagner. She was kind enough to come over in a blizzard and talk to the girls about her story. I know they got a lot out of it.

Hi Fanatics Family, we are proud to announce we are growing as an organization! Most of this team is moving up to 14U next year, but with hearing of so much interest we are going to add a 2nd team! 12U Fanatics will continue!
We are holding an open tryout for girls with an 08/09 birthday! One time only August 15th 3-5pm. Please message, the chain o' lakes fanatics softball if interested! Please share, we would like to get the word out to all girls, that may be interested! Practices will mostly be held in the Ga***rd area! Tryouts will be at the Ga***rd little league fields!

What a great weekend! 1st tournament of the season started a little shaky going 0-3 against 3 of the top teams in the tournament ( only lost 5-0 against the tournament champs, 1st game of season). Sunday was another story! Starting as the low 13 seed, we came out swinging and beat the 10 seed 11-0, then held the 9 seed to 1 run for 6 innings taking the game 2-1. 3rd game of the day we lost, but only 4-3, coming back in the 6th inning from a 4-0 deficit. The girls put their heads to it and stuck together!
So proud of my girls! They all get along so well!
Way to go Fanatics!
