Jubilee House, an outreach ministry of Grace Episcopal Church Providing assistance with basic needs such as laundry, showers, hygiene items, and community. The community support keeps us going!

Mission: to provide assistance with daily living needs and support, which promotes the dignity and respect of the homeless, marginally employed and low income citizens in the greater Grand Traverse area. Services: The following services are available to anyone in the community who expresses a need.
• Laundry: One load of laundry may be washed and dried per day. Detergent is provided.
• Showers: Pe

rsonal toilet kits are available for anyone desiring a hot shower.
• Computer Use: Computers with Internet access are available to patrons on site.
• Personal Storage Bins: Bins are available for those who are homeless and need a place to store their personal items in a secure location.
• Extreme Weather Emergency Location: During the harshest part of winter, Jubilee House may extend hours to provide a warm place for people to stay out of the elements.
• Computers & Internet: Jubilee House maintains 5 desktop computers allowing our guests to search for employment, apply to various government agencies for benefits, check on and make medical appointments, and send and receive emails.
• Clothing & Other Needs: Donations from the community and friends of the Jubilee House keep the house running. This includes financial donations, new and recycled clothing, hygiene products, hand warmers, back packs, shoes, boots, haircuts, and much more.

Our Love Thy Neighbor Hygiene Pantry is restocked! Apologies to everyone who was thrown off by the missing items.

For anyone interested in accessing or donating to the Hygiene Pantry:
* This pantry can be accessed once per month, and folks can choose up to 8 items.
* We always stock items which are EASILY PORTABLE, as the bags can get very heavy depending on what folks choose.
* We offer the following items in easily portable volumes:
* Toilet paper
* Laundry soap (42 fl oz)
* Bleach (32 fl oz)
* General cleaner (17 fl oz)
* Dish soap (15 fl oz)
* Deodorant (men's and women's)
* Shampoo (15 fl oz)
* Foot powder (5 oz)
* Razors (individually packaged)
* Toothpaste (individually packaged)
* Toothbrushes (individually packaged)
* Floss (individually packaged)
* Period products (individually packaged)

Donations can be made here at Jubilee (325 Washington St) from Mon-Fri 10am-5:30pm. You can park in the driveway next to the house and bringing your donation up the wooden ramp to the back door. Please ring the doorbell, and one of our fabulous volunteers will come meet you. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE DONATIONS WHEN WE ARE CLOSED!
