As a personal trainer, people say to me all the time that they hate to do X,Y or Z (just fill in the blank). My response is, then WHY do it? If you've given an activity a fair shot, say 4-6 weeks and you get a migraine just thinking about having to do it one more time, DON"T! Why set yourself up for ultimate failure and then give the inevitable, defeating, self-berating conversation of the "I Should Of's."
