Friday Night Lights during the CrossFit Open reminds us what this is all really about.

It’s not the leaderboard.
It’s not the score.

It’s the person who was nervous to sign up but did it anyway.
The teammates shouting encouragement from across the gym.
The moment you realize you’re capable of more than you thought.
