Hawk McCall Motorsports traveled to Hickory Motor Speedway for the Jack Ingram Memorial race, with Alex Meggs showing good speed on Friday in race trim. Saturday, we qualified P5, and unfortunately, on lap 7, took a hard hit in the left front, causing the toe to be knocked out substantially, along with body damage — never getting a chance to work on the toe.

Thank you to Michael Klein and the MKM team for jumping in to help with the body damage. Alex and the HMM team dug deep to come back and finish a respectable 5th place finish.

HMM made the long haul to South Boston after a 12 year absence of racing at this facility. Tested on Friday with, Adam Murray and made some big gains. Race day did not disappoint, qualifying P3 and finishing P4 with our HMM Ford.
