GENTLE FLOW & YIN - with Crystal Bowls
Every Monday at 7:30pm ✨

Settle in with a soft, accessible vinyasa flow suitable for all levels—even beginners. You’ll move slowly and mindfully, creating ease in the body and steadiness in the breath.
Then, transition into nourishing Yin postures where you can soften, slow down, and sink into deeper layers of relaxation and peace.
Alexandra will incorporate crystal signing bowls to re-harmonize energy and promote profound rest.

Big News! Kristen Albert is joining our Zen Rabbit Family! She will be teaching the Mindful Flow Tuesdays 9:30-10:30am 🤗

Kristen is a highly experienced & well-loved teacher sharing her love of yoga in the Greenville area since 2011.

Her classes are empowering, insightful, and replenishing with emphasis on alignment, breath and inquiry.

Her intent is to cultivate mindfulness, exploration, and self-love while holding space for students to attune to the wisdom of their own bodies.

Kristen has a passionate zest for living fully and deeply that resonates on and off the mat.

Join Devin tomorrow 8/18 for his LAST 9:30am Mindful Flow. We sure will miss him Tuesday morning.
BUT before you freak out completely — don’t worry, he’ll still be teaching FLOWETRY • 1st Tuesday of each month 6:30-7:45pm.

Flowetry blends mindful vinyasa flow with grounding yin yoga, and thoughtfully chosen poetry for a practice that feels both expressive and deeply soothing. ✨
