Real Self-defense, Real confidence. We’re working the guard and started the week with some fundamental self-defense. Teaching the kids how to use their legs to keep distance if taken down, protect themselves, and begin building the foundation to safely stand back up. Keeping the class structure fun, engaging and age-appropriate while building confidence, discipline and real self-defense skills.

Everyone on these mats have different individual goals, but the common goal is improvement. Every round, every drill, and every class is an opportunity to get a little better than yesterday. And one of the best parts of training is that the entire team is here to help one another do exactly that.

Our network is deeply saddened by the passing of master Marcio Stambowsky, the Jiu-Jitsu community has lost a true pioneer and a legend of the art. We are grateful to have had Master Marcio at our academy sharing his knowledge with our students. Our heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to his family during this difficult time.
