Our network is deeply saddened by the passing of master Marcio Stambowsky, the Jiu-Jitsu community has lost a true pioneer and a legend of the art. We are grateful to have had Master Marcio at our academy sharing his knowledge with our students. Our heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to his family during this difficult time.

From white belt at age 4 to leading by example at 17! We were super proud and excited when Noah asked us to demonstrate self-defense to the kids class as a part of his senior project for school. Noah’s been training with us for 13 years and his passion and dedication for Jiu-Jitsu is inspiring. Keep up the great work Noah!

We teach age appropriate techniques that cover self-defense, sport Jiu-Jitsu and structure drills/ games that teach kids how to react in a self-defense situation, deal with adversity and building true confidence in their ability to protect themselves!
