It isn't just about what are my goals, but why do we have these goals, and how long will it actually take to achieve these goals? Are my goals realistic and should I be measuring my results so I can actually visualize my progress? Will I have to go on a diet, how much do I eat, do I eat after a workout? Why aren't I losing any weight? Any one of these can make you lose sleep at night and really put a damper on this process, so that's where I come in.
