As my 06 age group ends their youth soccer years 😢 and start their transition to their college career 😁. I reflect on all those on & off field moments that makes them so special. What a beautiful journey we have had! It’s not goodby just yet but I want them to know that a piece of my heart will go with them. But I love this cycle of life as the 09’s start filling that void and new beginnings begin ❤️ ⚽️.

Excited to announce that Coach Troy Dayak will be coaching the 2009 age group & returning 2007 and 2008 GA Teams.
Info about Coach Dayak:
With over 20-years of professional experience coaching competitive soccer in the top leagues and programs around the country- Girls Academy, NPL, ECNL-RL, NorCal, USYS, US Club, ODP, PDP, and WPSL, as well as having many years of experience as a Director of Coaching and Technical Director, Coach Dayak’s wealth of experience and knowledge both Nationally and Internationally is unmatched in the area. His knowledge along with his ability to communicate effectively to every level of player, youth, college and professional throughout their development process has earned him the highest honors and positions in the youth game with one of the best programs in the country.
As a Director and Head Coach, Coach Dayak currently holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) National ‘A’ License and an exclusive NSCAA “Master Coach” degree; (one of less than 20 in the world with such a honor). Coach Dayak has a proven and very extensive championship record with multiple State titles, Regional Championships and has 4 National Championships as a player and 4 National Championships as a coach! Coach Dayak has now placed over 200 student-athletes into college and top university programs all around the country and in the MLS, NWSL, WPSL, U.S. National teams, and overseas in Europe’s highest level professional women’s leagues.
Coach Dayak develops his players to not only compete in every way, but to learn how to bond together as a team where he has taken teams and players to the past 3 Women’s World Cups. (Canada, France & Australia). He has also taken a team to Scotland to compete. He strives for his players to have a true understanding, love and passion for the game. He has a genuine respect for all his players and promotes a shared vision for success among the coaching staff and athletes.
As a U.S. Youth National Team Player, he played in the U16, U18 & U20 FIFA World Cups. And helped his US team place 4th place in the world (still highest place by men’s national team) at the FIFA U20 World Cup. Coach Dayak went on to represent the US Olympic Men’s team playing in the ‘92 Olympics in Barcelona Spain. Dayak turned pro at the time at a record young age of 17 years old and played professionally for the SF Bay Blackhawks earning a APSL National Championship in 1991. He continued on and played on the full US Men’s National Team in ‘93-‘94. and then won another National Championship in ‘95 with the Cleveland Crunch. Dayak was selected 19th overall pick in the MLS inaugural draft in ‘96 and played professional for the San Jose Earthquakes where he had a stellar career earning two MLS championships (2001 & 2003) and was voted MLS Comeback player of the year and captained the MLS AllStar team that same year. Dayak retired from playing in 2005 and was inducted into the MLS Earthquakes Hall of Fame. He was also inducted into the CYSA & Tri Valley Hall of Fame.
After retiring as a player, Dayak became a Coach and Director of soccer where he took West Coast Soccer Club’s first graduating class to the pinnacle winning the National Championship in 2011. Dayak repeated taking teams year after year to the National championship game winning 3 more national titles and the National Soccer Coaches Association of America voted him the “National Coach Of The Year” in 2013.
Coach Dayak is currently the Girls Director of Coaching & Player Development at West Coast Soccer, as well as, the Head Coach of the 2009, 2008, 2007/06 Girls GA and ECNL-RL teams.
