New Online Training Service📣⚡️

I took small break from posting on here to put all my energy into creating this new online training program.

I took conventional online training and turned it into something that I truly believe will help people build a complete fitness lifestyle.

All my experience has led to this and I couldn’t be more excited to start this new journey🔥

This will be the closest thing to an in person training program experience you will find.

Live to Move ⚡️

I lived by these words.

If it’s fitness or life I believe we should always keep ourselves moving.

…and here we are today⚡️

I stopped training about 2.5 years ago because I needed to take a break and really figure out what I wanted to do with me life.

After I was done playing sports which practically took up my entire life I struggled to find my place in this world and did what I thought I was “suppose to do” after spending most of my life being an athlete.

So I started working at a gym and eventually got my certification to become a personal trainer. Because that’s what I thought I had to do after playing sports, become a trainer and do what I’ve always done.

But the whole time I was training all I would think about is the past and how I messed up my opportunities. And eventually suffered from depression and self-identity issues for about 4 years.

And even though training was fun it ended up being more detrimental than positive for me. Some eventually I stepped away.

I’m happy to say during that gap I did find myself and what truly makes me feel authentic and like my natural self.

However during that time and during COVID I did put on the most weight I’ve had and lost a good amount of muscle.

So after 2.5 years I decided to start training again not because I had to be because I genuinely missed it and wanted to be back for the right reasons this time.

And before I stated to post on this page again I wanted to get back a healthy weight and physique that I feel good at. So I did it.

And now I’m back and already a better trainer than I was before.

So shout out to all the people that go through struggles, make changes, and eventually find their way back to happiness.

I have a lot of content and information coming soon so stay tuned 🔥

Linear to lateral drills ⚡️

Doing these will help your body work on transitioning through a common motor function, linear to lateral movement. Simple drills are sometimes better for building foundation and confidence for our fundamentals.

• When performing the running linear to lateral drill be sure to break down comfortably and in control before transitioning to lateral shuffle
• Be sure to emphasize burst when running to build acceleration
• When performing the bear crawl drill, move as comfortable as your body will allow to ensure safety and proper core stability
• Record yourself doing bear crawls to make sure your spine is neutral (straight) and not leaning to forward on our hands

Power absorption + distribution (chest)⚡️
These exercises will help you learn to absorb impact in your upper body, redistribute force, and build core stability as force travels from the ground through your body.
- Remember to keep hands under shoulders to refrain from straining shoulders and wrist
- when performing the chest pass towards the ground be sure to keep shoulders back and back straight while bent over
- when performing push up variations be sure to start slow and work creating soft impact with hands
- when performing ladder chest work be sure to maintain a strong core and move as fast as your body will allow to minimize wrist strain

⚡️What does living a holistic lifestyle mean?
The word holistic is being used a lot more now and the confusion or skepticism around what it means is common. My experience and teachings have led me to form this idea that a holistic lifestyle is living life to create the best version of you to better impact life.

That doesn’t mean you have to become a guru, take ice baths everyday, do breath work everyday, meditate with your eyes closed, wear crystals, or any of the other mainstream things we tend to see on social media. Those definitely help, but it’s not what defines the holistic community. We can live the life we feel is authentic to us, chill with our friends, be an athlete, or do anything else that you like and still live a holistic lifestyle.

Because all we need to truly do to live the lifestyle is take care of our body and mind, expand our knowledge to make better choices for ourself, and keep our perspective open and true to ourselves.

I believe those ideas can be adapted to any persons unique and individual life. Try it out and stop waiting for the right answer , just make it work for you.

First step power⚡️
The most important step is our first step. Doing these 4 exercises can help practice eliminating a false step (no extra steps), foot strike (practicing staying on the balls of your feet), stride length (covering ground with each movement), power and acceleration.

- with each movement push off with one foot not letting the other tap down (false stepping)
- each push off should be forceful (max power)
- when driving leg up from the ground be sure to start slow to allow body to adapt and create proper motor sequencing. (Let the body test what it’s about to do)
- lean toward direction of movement to ensure proper drive and posture mechanics
- hands hands hands (be sure to utilize your arm swing)
