Congratulations to Austin Thomas on taking care of business early with an incredible 1st-round knockout. What a way to show out in your debut! 👊💥

We're also immensely proud of Preston Maxwell. He left every ounce of himself in that ring, battling through a 5-round war showing pure grit, heart, and power against a tough opponent before losing to a close decision. Head high— he'll be back stronger than ever! 💪😤

We are thrilled to support Preston Maxwell and Austin Thomas in their title and debut kickboxing fights! This Friday, we will be at Plaza Mariachi Music City with Top Tenn Promotions in Nashville to see them put to work all their hard training over the past months. We couldn’t be more proud of the effort these young man have put into this camp. 🙌 There will be NO kickboxing class this Friday.

We are so proud of everyone’s hard work and dedication to showing up on the mat! Lots of stripes awarded and a couple belts handed out. 🌟We cannot wait to continue to see everyone’s progress! See you tonight for no gi— kids class at 5:00 and adults at 6:00. We will be focusing on leg lock defense skills and finishing mechanics along with leg lock shootouts to practice good habits! 🤼

We will also have Over 40 Fitness at 9:00am. Let’s get moving!! 💪
