That’s our captain!
“When I choose to be happy, I feel like my leadership and academics flourish. It’s also easier for me to relate to people when I make positive assumptions. Something that I’ve learned about myself is that the best way to work through stress is to try and let go of the feeling of stress and focus on what I need to do to work through whatever it is that’s bothering me. Usually, the number one outlet that helps the most to destress is to get active, whether that’s working out, cleaning, or doing homework. It also helps to make a list of things that I can work through so that I can cross off concrete accomplishments.” (Julianna)
