CFC Summer Session starts on Monday, June 22. Our class schedule will be identical to the Spring Session. Registration is due on or before Sunday, June 7. Please RSVP (via text message) with any changes to your scheduled days so I can update our roster.

Once a week for nine weeks is $360; twice a week $540. Private lessons are $36 for a 15-20 minute lesson ($25 if lesson occurs during your regularly scheduled practice); $65 for a 30-40 minute lesson. To register for the intermediate program, please bring cash or check payable to Ray Gordon or send Zelle using Ray's cellphone number. To register for the Tuesday advanced program, please bring cash or check payable to Jacob Gordon or send Zelle using his credentials (available upon request).

FROM THE DESK OF CFC PRESIDENT RAY GORDON:
In addition to evening practices, CFC will hold weekly daytime fencing camps ALL SUMMER LONG. Summer Camp is a perfect setting for students to advance rapidly in their fencing skills and knowledge. The camp day runs from 9:15 am until 4:30pm daily, with drop-off 8:45-9am and pickup 4:45-5:00pm. (Half-day and extended day are also available if needed).
There is a one hour lunch break. Students should pack a lunch, plus drinks and snacks. Camp is generally appropriate for ages 10 and up. Certain weeks will be designated for ages 10 and under, based on interest.

Registration Fees for Camp:
One week: $590 ($530 if paid before June 15).
Second week: $470 (20% off)
Third week: $410 (30% off)
Additional wks: $350 each

Please note that the USA Fencing Membership year runs through July 31. Many of you have will have memberships expiring then. Please remember to renew in a timely fashion to help keep CFC in compliance with USA Fencing membership requirements.

To reserve a week of camp, please text Ray and he will make a note on his calendar. Text messages are preferred.

FROM THE DESK OF CFC PRESIDENT RAY GORDON:
CFC is hosting several tournaments in the upcoming weeks. Next Saturday, February 14, we will hold a Mixed Foil Open at 11:30am. Then on Sunday, February 15, we will hold a MD Division Junior Unrated Mixed Foil at 12 noon. Finally, on February 28, we will hold a Mixed Foil D & Under at 11:30am.
All of these events require at least an Access Membership in USA Fencing. In addition, these are generally for folks born in 2012 and earlier. To register, please text Ray.

CFC will hold an in-house youth tournament on Saturday, January 31 with a Y8/Y10 event at 9:30am and a Y12/Y14 at 1:30pm. The Y8/Y10 is for children age 10 and under (born 2015 and later). The Y12/Y14 is for ages 11-14 (born 2011-2014). Entry fee is $60.
To hold a space in either of these events, please text Ray.
