Most people think the donut is the confession. It’s not.
The confession is that I’m not always motivated.
Im human!
I procrastinate sometimes.
I have days where I don’t hit my protein.
Days where I don’t drink enough water.
Days where life gets messy.
The difference isn’t that I have more discipline than you.
The difference is that I stopped expecting perfection from myself.
And I built systems that help me recover faster.
Because healthy women don’t have fewer hard days.
They don’t have more motivation.
They don’t have some secret level of willpower.
They just stopped treating one imperfect choice like a reason to quit.
Your ability to bounce back with strong systems in place has more impact on your success than 1 donut ever will.
That’s where the transformation happens.
