🔥 Updated Info for 406 rifle Hui Hui .......
and the Forged in Fire — Limited Edition Series

On January 27th, 2026, fire destroyed our Townsend facility.

Inventory. Custom builds. Customer fi****ms. Equipment. Years of work. Lost in hours.

What was not lost was our standard.
What was not lost was our commitment.
What was not lost was our direction.

Out of that moment, a new chapter was forged.

Introducing the Forged in Fire Limited Edition from Montana 406 Rifle Hui Hui.

This series represents more than resilience. It represents advancement.

As part of our rebuild and long-term growth strategy, we are currently working with a manufacturing partner to implement expanded in-house production capabilities, including:

• Dedicated CNC equipment
• A precision barrel machining system for custom barrel production.
• In-house laser engraving capability for proprietary lower variations and detailed custom rifle engraving.

This strategic expansion is designed to increase production control, elevate machining standards, tighten tolerances, and further refine our proprietary platform development.

We are not simply restoring operations.
We are advancing them.

Each Forged in Fire rifle reflects that progression:

• Precision-focused machining standards
• Custom barrel options
• Proprietary lower variations with serialized engraving
• Refined QC certification process
• Exclusive Forged in Fire marking
• Custom Cerakote options unique to this series
• Limited serialized production tied to the 2026 rebuild

Production will be limited.
No mass run.
No shortcuts.

Montana 406 Rifle Hui Hui is not stepping back.

We rebuild.
We expand.
We refine.

We are not just rebuilding a shop.
We are building a more advanced one.

Forged in fire.
Built with purpose.
Expanded with intention.

This year did not come quietly.

For Montana 406 Rifle Hui Hui and 406 Coffee & Chaos, it has been a year of relentless motion. Builds stacked on builds. Steel turning into purpose. Long days in the shop. Long nights planning what comes next. Everything driven by pride in the craft and respect for the people we build for.

Then the fire came.

In a single moment, we lost custom rifles that carried months of work, in-progress builds already promised to their future owners, and critical equipment that powered our podcast and storytelling. Tools gone. Steel gone. Momentum interrupted.

That kind of loss tests more than inventory.
It tests who you are when everything familiar is stripped away.

But in both Hawaiian and Montana culture, fire is not the end of the story. Fire is a teacher. It forges. It clarifies. It demands that you rebuild with intention instead of comfort.

Even through that loss, we did not stop.

This year’s SHOT Show proved that. The rifles we built for the event were not just showpieces. They were statements. Built with discipline, precision, and deep respect for the craft. Built to represent where we come from and where we are going. The response confirmed it. The work spoke for itself.

We also know this year looked different on the media side.

Outside of joining the Don McDowell Show every Sunday on Fox Sports iHeart Media, we have not rolled out as many standalone podcast episodes as we wanted. That was not neglect. That was focus.

We have been fully wrapped up in building custom rifles, pushing designs, refining systems, and laying the groundwork for something bigger and better. Not just for the rifle company, but for the podcast as well. We are not interested in noise for the sake of noise. When we speak, we want it to matter.

And that is exactly what comes next.

The rebuild is not about replacing what was lost.
It is about leveling up.

New systems. Sharper builds. Higher standards.
Deeper conversations. Better stories. More purpose behind the mic.

From Montana, we carry grit, accountability, and endurance.
From Hawaiʻi, we carry kuleana, resilience, and ʻike.
Together, those values don’t just rebuild. They advance.

We are back in motion.
Fire-forged. Focused. Hungry.

The rifles coming next will reflect growth.
The podcast coming next will carry depth and direction.
The mission stays the same. Build with pride. Speak with purpose. Stand firm.

Mahalo to everyone who stands with us.
The land teaches us how to rise.
And this next chapter is already being written.
