This was the last time Girish Girish Music was at Sanctuary…it was magical. It always is. He’s coming back this Sunday, Oct 18th - Heather Heather Rems Korwin will teach an all levels flow class in an unheated room (not hot, not cold - just right😉) while Girish plays his harmonium (that’s it next to him) & guitar & sings his beautiful songs…ancient Sanskrit chants he’s set to modern melodies. It will be an amazing experience. We still have some space left, so reserve your spot today.

And today! Heather’s teaching our 9:30-10:30am Flow, Andrew’s teaching our 5:45-6:45pm Power Flow & last we checked, Susan Susan B. Martin had a spot left in her Yoga Sculpt class, 6:45-7:30pm (it’ll sell out!)

Tonight we’ve added a few things to improve the Restorative Class & Sound Bath with Cherise…we have blankets, blocks, bolsters, eye pillows, weighted blankets & now curtains - to dampen the street noise & help you feel cocooned in sound & support.

We can’t think of a better way to end a rainy weekend day. Come in & join us at 5:30pm tonight.
