Yesterday was Promotion Day for our 4-8 year old class and everyone crushed it! Lots of stripes and a bunch of new belts too! We are so proud of these guys!

This has been a tough winter for cold and flu, and unfortunately it has made its way to our coaching staff all at once. We plan to be back to normal schedule tomorrow and are looking forward to getting back to training! Thank you for understanding!

Due to the upcoming weather and the fact that all of our coaches are getting over colds, we decided to cancel all classes for today. We are going to do a deep clean on the gym and will be back at it tomorrow morning. Thank you for understanding!
