Starting this Tuesday night at 6:15 we are starting a boxing class. This class will be taught by Dean.

This class will focus on striking fundamentals , footwork and defensive techniques. There will be a cardio aspect to this class as there will be mitt work. No experience necessary to join this class.
Cost is 10.00 a class.
