Weighing in at 6,500SF, we are one of the largest facilities in the South Bay area. Come learn the concepts and philosophies behind one of the most sound general fitness programs available. Classes are run in small groups, with a large amount of

personal training and attention to your personal needs, goals and liabilities.

* 5,000SF CrossFit gym space.
* Barbell Club and Powerlifting areas.
* Basketball Half Court (coming soon).
* All the equipment and toys one would expect at a CrossFit facility.
* Gym-visible Kids Area for children to hang out and play while mommy and daddy are working out.

To celebrate we are doing a FREE Hyrox class this Sunday, November 10th at 8am!

Open to EVERYONE! Members and Non-members welcome! No experience needed!

SAVE THE DATE TO HELP US CELEBRATE OUR 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY HERE AT TORRANCE TRAINING LAB!

Saturday, July 22nd from 2-5pm bring your best country attire and eat some delicious BBQ, hang out, line dance, ride a bull, and enjoy the amazing community that has truly blessed this gym over the years. It’s open to anyone and everyone and proceeds will help Coach compete at the CrossFit Games this August in Madison, Wisconsin!

We also will be having a bake off! So bring your best dessert and compete for the title “TTL’s 10 Year Bake Off” Champion 🏆🔟
