The Lizardo Tennis Academy believes proper goal setting is essential for our student athletes to achieve their potential on the tennis courts and academically in school. We work with parents and students to build viable plans for the tennis student-athlete to reach their goals. e determination and will needed to reach their desired tennis goals. Each athlete is tested and assessed so that an individual plan for success may be developed. The plan includes several elements, such as mental conditioning, nutrition, physical conditioning and sport specific training. A myriad of resources are employed to insure that success is attained including bringing in other top tennis players from around the world. The Lizardo Tennis Academy has its program headquartered at the South End Racquet & Health Club in Torrance, CA and has grown to other locations.
