"Kaizen" is a Japanese word that means "continual improvement" which is the foundation of our philosophy. Kaizen Dojo offers Shorin Ryu Karate and Okinawan Kobudo (traditional weapons) training in theTorrance and Gardena areas.

I’ve known Kumu Kāhealani Kamahele since the 80’s. She is an excellent teacher of Hula. Hula is rich in tradition and culture and has strong ties (albeit hidden) to Warrior Arts.
