Competitor Spotlight 🔔 : 🌿 Nutritionist & Fitness Coach

A familiar face at Powerhouse both on the training floor and behind the front desk, Elaheh took the stage today at Nationals in Pittsburgh as a bikini competitor.

This was her second competition of the year and a reflection of the consistency, discipline, and dedication Elaheh brings to the sport. The type of work that takes a bit of obsession to see the results.

The footage featured was taken about a week ago during the final stretch of her prep, leading into today’s competition.

We are proud of her and want to recognize the work it takes to make it to the national stage!

🔔 Competitor Spotlight لیلا

Laila لیلا is officially 3 weeks out from North Americans in Pittsburgh and heading into the final stretch of her competition prep. The footage seen here is from the competition she did last month, showing us her love for the sport of bodybuilding by her perseverance to do two shows back to back.

Laila has been training at Powerhouse since 2019 and has been a trainer at our gym for the past 4 years. When asked what she enjoys most about bodybuilding, Laila shared, “What I love most about bodybuilding is the physical and physiological changes that come with the sport.”

With show day getting closer, she’s focused on finishing out these final weeks of prep and getting ready to take the stage.

Good luck to Laila at North Americans!

🚨Competitor Spotlight : A***n Razaghpanah

The power of mentality goes a far way when embarking on a difficult challenge in a short amount of time. A***n is an example of that as he approaches the end of his 8 week competition prep, most preps go anywhere from 12-20weeks depending on where an athlete begins. That’s 8 weeks of strict dieting, organized training, and extreme attention to the details of the body. This is A***n’s second competition since joining Powerhouse, he has been a member for about 4 years. We look forward to cheering A***n on as he steps on stage July 25th at the INBA Ironman Magazine.

Competitor Spotlight 🚨

Today we are spotlighting our very own fit Barbie, Mrs. Julie Oates. Julie has been a member at Powerhouse for approximately a year and from the moment she entered the doors she was on a mission to compete. Since she comes from a background of pageantry, learning and following routines comes easy to Julie or atleast easy is how she makes it appear. Since arriving at our gym she connected with one of our best competition prep coaches John and began her journey of sculpting her body. Julie’s story inspires us all and reminds us what is possible when you set your mind on a goal and follow the plan.

Tomorrow she will be competing in her second competition this year. We are ready to cheer Julie on as she takes the stage at the 2026 NPC West Coast Classic this weekend!
