Excited to work alongside SBA to serve the youth baseball and softball community

SBA x Fitrition Strength & Conditioning SUMMER Program – Now Enrolling!

— Baseball & Softball athletes!
— Middle School & High School ages

We’re teaming up with Fitrition this summer to deliver a top-tier Strength & Conditioning program for middle school and high school baseball and softball athletes!

Program Focus:
• Strength training for injury prevention
• Power development
• Baseball & softball-specific performance

This is a great opportunity for athletes to stay sharp, build strength, and get faster.

Final Schedule & pricing will be announced May 20th.

We learned about Keith’s background and his journey to becoming a fitness professional and starting his own business. The gym will be closed from all regularly scheduled classes on Monday 9/2 for Labor Day.

We will have open gym from 6a-6pm for those that want to come in and workout on their own.

Also- there will be a all-gym workout led by Brad at 9am for those who want to participate in the fun!
