Normally this week of the year is spent in the shop welding and working to finish the latest crazy build that we bring to Capital City Carnage Demolition Derby. But this year is different. I decided to take a year off of the big build. My maple syrup production has been taking a back seat and this year I decided it was time to ramp that up. So here I am in the shop. Welding. Fabricating. And getting lots of stuff ready. I guess some things never change. lol. But I would like to introduce all of you to the newly branded and growing J-bar Sugar Bush.
