InnerWay Martial Arts is the home of Senshi Damashi-jutsu or “Inner Warrior Art”. Founded by Sensei Lance Didericksen in 1992, this style is a culmination of knowledge gained over 30 years of Martial Arts training and teaching. For the past 20 years Sensei Didericksen has shared his style of martial arts with students of all ages while refining the art into what it is today. Although this style of

martial arts is relatively new, it has very deep roots and has been influenced by a variety of different martial art styles. Some of the heaviest influences came from his time studying: Judo, Aikido, Shaolin Chuan Fa, Kobujutsu, Tang Soo Do, Kickboxing, and Philipino Kali. Sensei Didericksen is one of the few remaining who actively combine the concepts and application of Chi (Ki) or Internal Energy with martial arts training. Classes for tonight have been cancelled. We just learned that another storm is coming through tonight and we don't want to risk anyone's safety. Please feel free to make up your class another night this week. Stay warm and safe.

We are clearing out our current inventory. In shirts, we have 1 children's large, 1 adult XL and 1 adult small. The zip up hoodie is an adult XL. Shirts are $8.00 and the hoodie is $25.00

A few etiquette reminders:
Please have your fingernails and toenails trimmed before coming to class.
Please do not wear shorts or jeans to class.
Because the kids are working very closely with each other and working in tight spaces, please remember to wear deodorant and to have them shower if you they are dirty.
No gum or food on the mats.
If you have small children that are not participating in a class, please make sure you are watching them and not letting them run around the studio while classes are in session.
Thank you for helping us keep the dojo a safe and clean environment.
