✨ Saturday at 10 AM | Creating a Sacred Altar
What comes to mind when you think of an altar? Together, we’ll explore the altars and shrines found across cultures around the world and throughout history. We’ll talk about how people have created sacred spaces for thousands of years and how we can draw inspiration from our own history, family, and culture to create spaces that hold meaning for us. Whether your altar is spiritual, sentimental, or simply a reflection of what matters most to you, there’s room for you in this class!

🌿 Saturday at NOON | Herbalism: Beginning Your Apothecary
Stick around after our altar class and join special guest Trisha Naylor Farmer as we dive into the world of beginning herbalism! 🌱 We’ll explore the foundations of working with herbs and take the first steps toward creating your own home apothecary.

Let the sounds of our gongs, antique Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, drums, and other beautiful instruments wash over you as you settle into a morning of rest and relaxation. Our Soulful Sound Bath is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and give yourself permission to simply be.

🌙 Women’s Circle — Tonight at 7pm
A welcoming space for women to gather, connect, reflect, and share. Come exactly as you are.

🕯️ Creating a Sacred Altar — Saturday, 10/10 at 10am
Explore the tradition of creating sacred spaces and altars across cultures and throughout history. This is a creative, open-ended class where you’ll have the opportunity to explore what you consider sacred. Spiritual, religious, nature-based, personal—or simply meaningful. There’s no right way to do it.

🌿 Herbalism: Beginning Your Apothecary — Saturday, 10/10 at Noon
Join us for an introduction to herbalism and the beginnings of creating your own home apothecary. A fun opportunity to learn, explore, and connect with the plants around us.

🎶 Soul Connection Sound — Sunday at 10am
Listed on our calendar under Community Sound Bath, this is a sound bath with an intentionally soulful feel. We’ll create space to slow down, connect inward, and simply be.

And just to be clear—soulful doesn’t mean religious. No particular faith, belief system, or spiritual practice is required. Come relax, listen, breathe, and connect with yourself.

✨ Later This Month

🌀 Usui Reiki Level II — October 23–24
Ready to go deeper into your Reiki practice? This two-day training is for those who have already completed and been certified in Reiki Level I and are looking to expand their knowledge, deepen their connection and understanding of energy work, or begin developing their own Reiki practice.

This is an in-depth, intimate training with plenty of opportunity to learn, practice, ask questions, and build confidence in your work.

🥁 Samhain Circle — October 30 at 7pm
A seasonal gathering for all genders as we honor the turning of the wheel, the changing season, and the traditions surrounding Samhain. We’ll gather in community with drumming, reflection, and connection.

✨ Space is limited for our smaller classes, trainings, and sound baths, so registration is encouraged.

🧡 I’m excited to sit with you this Saturday morning for our Sacred Altar class.

We’ll explore the tradition of creating altars and sacred spaces, something humans have done across cultures for centuries. We’ve always found ways to create physical spaces where we can honor what we consider sacred—whether that’s loved ones who have passed, a god, goddess, or higher power, our ancestors, nature, a season of life, a personal intention, or simply something meaningful to us.

An altar doesn’t have to be spiritual or religious, but it absolutely can be. There’s no particular belief system required for this class.

This is an opportunity to learn, explore, and create together, without excluding anyone’s beliefs, religious views, or personal practices. Come exactly as you are. You are welcome here. 🧡
