We will be doing the Murph Workout tomorrow.

Welcome to the last week of our current workout cycle. We'll start a new cycle the following week. Our next months focus is cycling barbells at moderate weight.

Monday: Murph Workout for Memorial Day!

Tuesday: Post Murph Workout to get the body moving.

Wednesday: two part workout with a buy in and buy out of GHD Situps with a short metcon in the middle.

Thursday: Strict press at moderate weight with burpees over the bar.

Friday: Heavy Clean complex with three positions cleans.

Good afternoon, CrossFit Iron Muscle.

We’ve got another solid week ahead.

Murph is getting closer, so this week continues building the engine, upper body stamina, and durability we’ll need heading into Memorial Day weekend. You’ll see a mix of heavy lifting, gymnastics capacity, sled work, and longer conditioning pieces.

Monday kicks us off with a true heavy day. Heavy doubles on back squats. Come in ready to move some weight and focus on quality positions.

Tuesday is all about core and locomotion. Bigger sets of toes-to-bar paired with ski and row intervals will test pacing, grip, and midline endurance.

Wednesday brings two separate interval pieces with dumbbell cleans, push jerks, handstand pushups, burpees, and double unders.

Thursday we’ve got a partner-style workout with sled pushes and lunges.

Friday is a two-part workout. Sn**ches and box jump overs first, followed by a run to finish things off.

Saturday partner WOD.

Good afternoon, CrossFit Iron Muscle

We have another good week coming up.

Murph is only a few weeks away. We will continue to dial in some of the movements and volume.

Up next week, we've got some fun workouts.

Monday: This will feel similar to the last crossfit, open workout. Thrusters and burpess make a deadly combo. Dont cherry pick this one!

Tuesday: Our workout of the week will be high rep on Bar muscle ups.

Wednesday: Don't miss this barbell complex. It's definitely a day for perfecting form.

Thursday: Deadly grip combo.

Friday: We are going to bro out today. Today we'll feel like a longer bodybuilding session.

Monday: Couplet with Calories on Machine and GHD Sit-Ups. Partition as needed.

Tuesday: Zimmerman CrossFit Hero WOD.

Wednesday: Heavy Day with Sandbag Squats

Thursday : Annie style workout with pushups and double unders.

Friday: Interval style workout with air squats, sprints, and power sn**ches
