Good afternoon, CrossFit Iron Muscle.
Weβve got another solid week ahead.
Murph is getting closer, so this week continues building the engine, upper body stamina, and durability weβll need heading into Memorial Day weekend. Youβll see a mix of heavy lifting, gymnastics capacity, sled work, and longer conditioning pieces.
Monday kicks us off with a true heavy day. Heavy doubles on back squats. Come in ready to move some weight and focus on quality positions.
Tuesday is all about core and locomotion. Bigger sets of toes-to-bar paired with ski and row intervals will test pacing, grip, and midline endurance.
Wednesday brings two separate interval pieces with dumbbell cleans, push jerks, handstand pushups, burpees, and double unders.
Thursday weβve got a partner-style workout with sled pushes and lunges.
Friday is a two-part workout. Sn**ches and box jump overs first, followed by a run to finish things off.
