Please take a minute to review a few of our key pool policies.
Supervision Guidelines
Children under the age of 10 may not enter the facility without a responsible person age 18 or older.
Children who cannot swim must be accompanied in the water by an adult (18+) and remain within arm’s reach at all times.
Children using flotation devices must remain within arm’s reach of an adult (18+). Devices must be U.S. Coast Guard-approved.
Inflatable toys (water wings, rafts, etc.) are not permitted in deep water
Swim Test Requirement: If a child appears to be struggling while swimming, they may be asked by a lifeguard to complete a swim test to demonstrate their ability.
Swim test consists of swimming 25 yards unassisted and treading water for 1 minute.
Behavior Expectations
Running, dunking, pushing, excessive splashing, and rough play are not permitted.
Fighting, violent behavior, threats, and foul language are prohibited.
Smoking, va**ng, alcohol, and illegal drugs are not allowed.
Respectful behavior, language, and attire are required at all times.
Disciplinary Policy
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, the following steps will be enforced:
1st Offense: Verbal warning
2nd Offense: Guest will be asked to sit out of the pool for 15 minutes
3rd Offense: Guest will be required to leave the facility for the remainder of the day
“Failure to follow rules may result in removal without refund. Staff decisions are final in all safety matters.”
If a child is asked to leave the pool:
A parent or guardian must accompany them and speak with a manager before the child may return to the water.
Lastly, please make sure that if your child attends night swim that you are there to pick them up at 9:30.
