Our first game of the 2026-27 XV’s season is finally here! 🔥🏉

This Saturday, the Misfits kick off their new campaign with the Ninjas in a true Battle for Buffalo as we welcome our longtime rivals, South Buffalo, to Paddock Park for our home opener.

These teams know each other well, which means 80 minutes of hard-nosed rugby, big hits, relentless effort, and the kind of passion that makes Buffalo rugby special. If you’re looking for a great day of local rugby, you won’t want to miss this doubleheader.

But the action on the pitch is only part of the story.

As one of our club’s most cherished traditions, The Ken-Ton Misfits Rugby Club and Misfits Alumni are proud to honor Mr. Jayson Dieckman as the 2026 Ken-Ton Misfits Red Jacket Recipient and Hall of Fame Inductee.

Some people play the game. Others help build the club. Then there are those rare individuals whose legacy becomes part of its foundation. As an original Misfit, Jayson helped shape the culture, pride, and tradition that continue to define who we are today. His stories, commitment, and love for the game are still passed down to every new generation of Misfits.

Join us on Saturday as we celebrate Jayson alongside family, friends, teammates, opponents, alumni, and the entire Buffalo rugby community.

We will be using a Live Standings document throughout the day to track match results and current rankings. This document will serve as the official tournament standings tracker and will be updated between matches as scores are finalized.
