Took a Master Reformer class today with Tom McCook, who is affectionately known to us as Gary.

So awesome to be able to take his class and with people from all over the world. We had 13 different countries and 19 US states in the class.

Look for some new variations in my reformer classes soon!!

Yes, I did cut out and put magnets on 30+ fish so we could spear a fish today!! So fun and great oblique workout.

Congrats Maureen for spearing the most fish 🐠🐟 it got competitive for a minute!!

Looking fabulous for a little streching! This French Terry Zadar top is so comfy and looks great with the opal leggings in white snake. Wish I had somewhere to go because I could totally wear this for a night out too.
