I have just been notified that construction has begun on the stage in the auditorium at HCW Clubhouse. All chair yoga classes on Tuesday's (INCLUDING TODAY'S CLASS 6/9) will be cancelled until further notice. I apologize for the short notice. Any questions call Gail @ 973-459-9597.

Please note that the HCW Clubhouse auditorium will be closed for all regular activities this coming Tuesday June 2nd so that voting can take place. Chair yoga classes resume the following Tuesday.

It is with deep sadness that I announce the passing of my beloved yoga student Eileen. She will be deeply missed by the HCW Chair Yoga community. I will miss her smiling face always in the front row. Rest in peace 'Red'.
