We are incredibly excited to welcome Professor Edwin Bryant to Yoga del Soul for a special three hour exploration of the Bhagavad Gītā.

Whether you’re familiar with the Gītā or discovering it for the first time, this is an opportunity to explore some of the timeless teachings at the heart of yoga, including dharma, action, devotion, the Self, and finding our way through life.

The teaching will be live via Zoom, but experienced together at Yoga del Soul, with Edwin projected in the studio.
We will close with a live Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask Edwin questions directly.

Date: October 11th • 12–3pm
Location: Yoga del Soul
Cost: $55

Please note: This is an in studio event. A Zoom link will not be provided for remote participation.

No previous study of the Bhagavad Gītā is required.

Our AUGUST FULL MOON is coming up 🌕

A beautiful moment to soften, let go, and reconnect.

This Pisces Full Moon invites us into our intuition, surrender, and reflection.
With the Sun in Virgo, we are reminded to come back to the body, ground ourselves, and release what no longer serves us.

Join Marissa & Kimberly on the beach for an all levels yoga practice featuring Moon Salutations, followed by a soothing Sound Bath beneath the summer moon.

Potentially our last Full Moon gathering of the season… come spend one more summer evening with us under the glorious moon.
