I’ve been called a lot of things, but if there is One thing that agitates me more than anything… is when I’ve been told that my business will fail because I am holding onto my past as an athlete. My playing days were over far before my last snap. Some of you will never understand what drives somebody. I made a promise to God. Something no human can take from me. It’s an eternal oath, that I will give my All to the All.

If you can’t see what we are doing here, maybe you need to clear your sight.

Always thank the resistance that pushes you passed the limited idea of what reality is.

What makes us different?
Well… for starters, we meditate.

There are plenty of coaches and trainers that can sell you on speed training and sport training with pretty drills and pretty cones. However, when you see what goes on at the next level you recognize the highest mountain to climb isn’t the physical training, it’s all about the MIND.

If your child struggles with focus, self- confidence, maybe there is a tragic event occurring in their life…
We care most about the development of the MIND and the expansion of consciousness.

What we do are scientifically proven techniques that will clear the MIND and allow the individual to feel the joy in the HEART, all while being disconnected from the outer world of the senses.

Sports are cool, but you are most certainly cooler.

Two years today, so many lessons, the ups the downs….

Thank you to each and every one of you who follow us, support us, and inspire us to continue to drive our message and mission into our world.

Mediation is the Medication we aim to prescribe to each and every member that comes our way.

Sports are a Gift that no child should feel cheated of, this is a space for young people to grow, connect and thrive!

The balance between purpose and pride is a fine line to walk, however we are with you each step of the way, guiding your heart and mind exactly where they need to be, towards PEACE, LOVE, and JOY.

God bless you all, we are just getting started! Cannot wait to see where we are in 2 more years!

When I started this business May 21st, 2020 I had 1 goal in mind. To give my All to the next generation of Athletes. When I sit here today and reflect on the ups and downs along the way, this picture just reminds me of what we do, why we do what we do, and how we go about doing our business. Looking a young child in the eyes when speaking to them, at their level of sight, honoring the spirit in the body of a child as if they were a Giant! Remember what it was like to be a kid and you will understand the significance of S3 in our modern world. Too many youth coaches care about winning championships opposed to teaching quality skills and character development. Too many high school coaches care more about their overall record as a coach opposed to how their community receives them and how they can help their kids get to the next level. Then there is college, where if you want to win everyday and want to focus on championships well this is your level of coaching to be at. Don’t lose sight of what recreational sports mean to society and to the future of our people. I hope this reaches many coaches because S3 will become the space for coaches to learn how to coach. Too many think they can coach because they have a whistle. Take notes and learn, this is the way of the Champion.

Cannot wait to watch this young man make his dreams come true. Only 7th grader who was attending this spring practice with the mind of a Junior in High School.

You will never earn a scholarship without making the sacrifices that are required. If you think becoming a D1 athlete is possible well you are correct. If you think becoming a D1 athlete is difficult and highly improbable you are also correct.

However, if you alone have a vision, a dream, One that beats in your heart every breathing moment and believe you can achieve this dream, YOU WILL.
