Have a new 6 week Karate program with the Shenandoah County Parks and Recs starting November 11th through December 19th, have a beginner class from 6pm to 7 pm and an Advanced Class from 7pm to 8:30pm. 2 wheel therapy home from work is just what the doctor ordered. Jumped up 2 deer, face shield fogged up from temperature drops in place. All that excitement get the heart pumping. Didn’t ride much last year to and from work, plan to change that this year
